Principles of Almast Reiki

In 2011, Jasjot Singh Almast was performing healing for a patient suffering from a complex medical condition. A number of healing sessions using his vast healing experience, he was unable to help the patient.

After receiving the blessings from the dargah of Baba Fakhruddin Saheb Ji at Penukonda, Andhra Pradesh, Jasjot Singh Almast had a vision telling him to completely let himself go meaning to switch off his conscious mind and let the sub-conscious mind take over. During the next healing session, Almast Ji followed this guidance and the results were miraculous. This changed his outlook towards Reiki Healing.

He discussed these amazing findings with his first attuned Grand Master Jasjeet Suri who also observed similar results. Almast Ji then went ahead and founded the principles of ** Almast Reiki** with the help & support of Reiki Grand Master Jasjeet Suri. It is pertinent to mention here that Jasjeet Suri, a Marine Engineer, has also experienced Spiritual Bliss number of times and is always ready to serve the humanity.

Basic Principles of Almast Reiki:-

“I” is the biggest hindrance while doing Reiki Healing. It is very essential to remember that the Healer is not the one who is healing. The Healing is being done by the Divine Reiki Energy. The healer is just a channel connecting the Patient to the Universal Reiki Energy.


This is very similar to a water pipe attached at a tap and being used for giving water to plants in a garden. The water pipe is not the one supplying water to the plants but the one channelizing the water from the tap to the plants.

Let us understand the easy principles of Almast Reiki while doing healing, based on our above mentioned example:-
1. I am nothing but the water pipe, carrying water from the tap to the plants.

2. I thank the plants for receiving the water and growing beautifully.
🌸The patient receiving energy is the most important here, not me.

3. I thank the tap for supplying the water.
🌸I thank Universal Reiki Energy for giving us limitless supply of Healing Energy.

4. The water pipe does not have to think, water just flows through it.
🌸Let my conscious mind not interfere with the Healing process. May the Divine Reiki wisdom guide me.

5. Twists in the water pipe, blocks the flow of water to the plants.
